Bursar praises SUG, says no witch-hunting from any end

The head of Busary, Abraham Adesanya Polytechnic, Mr Sunday Idowu, recently expressed satisfaction over the 'remarkable works’ of the Student Union and praised the union for what they have been able to achieve in the little time frame they had.



Recently in an interview with UCJAAPOLY in his office, he said the present administration had learnt a lot from the loopholes of the immediate past administration and has taken giant strides to put in place visible works and also worked with the management in maintaining peace in the school.


Idowu said: “If I am to rate the union, I will rate them 7/10, because within the little time, they have been able to do remarkable things."

On the recent suspension of various lecturers in different departments of the institution, Idowu said no one is being witch-hunted as every staff is expected to follow guidelines.

He said “If one goes against rules, he has to face the consequences. Nobody is witch-hunting anybody. The normal channel has to be taken and once the suspect is found guilty, he would be called to order.”



He However, advised to charged ND1/HND1 students to pay up their tuition fees in other to avoid last minute rush.
